Liz Thomas, LSW

Liz received her LSW from the University of Nevada, Reno. Liz received this license after serving the troubled youth in Washoe County as Juvenile Probation Officer. Upon receiving her LSW she worked as a medical Social Worker on the Oncology Unit and ER Department at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Liz has also facilitated the Saint Mary’s “On With Life” Breast Cancer Support Group for the past 25 years. Liz is Director of Family and School Services for The Solace Tree and facilitates numerous adult, teen and children peer support groups in Northern Nevada. Circle of Life was the perfect fit for Liz’s commitment to serving our community.
